The room is in a basement suite in the varsity district of calgary. near the children’s hospital and the university. the area is beautiful and has lots of green walking paths. parking is on the street. internet is included. room is furnished. the room is quite large, has a bed, sitting area and plenty of closet space with a T.V. in the room.

the house is shared, to senior ladies live upstairs(one is this writers mama, who might attempt to nurture you, whoever you are.) and i myself am a middle aged man who is a retired social worker who now spends his time working on personal creative projects. I am retired with disability and so have some level of requirement around noise levels and such. Not really looking for a friendship roomie, though if that emerges im open to it, so long as clear boundary conversations are mutual. I love cats, however am allergic, so that’s a probably a no go. i do play music, but only during the day, and it can be loud. i do also train in the house, and at times it can be a bit loud, but only during normal waking hours.
