The room will be furnished. The only thing for rent is the bedroom with the shared kitchen and shared bathroom.

Due to the risk of bugs into a clean home, a bed and items will be furnished in the room.

You can use my garage for some smaller storage or a bike etc.

It’s on the main floor of a house facing the backyard. It is a duplex.

The private room is approx 12x12 and has flooring in it. No carpet. It has a closet and shelf. The window faces my backyard with lots of trees.

The house has central air.

ALL INCLUDED IN ONE PRICE:

CENTRAL AIR, HEATING, GAS, HOT WATER and LAUNDRY ( small loads only on scheduled days ) INCLUDED IN RENT.

RENT IS $975 PLUS 20% of entire electric bill, PLUS $20 for internet if you’d like the password.
