*I will upload more photos Friday, Oct 30. * Room is on the small size, not gonna lie - but I have had several students rent from me over the years with no issues. Queen sized bed. Dresser and shelf. Night stand. Street parking but quiet end of the cul de sac with green space in front. Fenced yard. 1.5 baths.

About the roomies

I work away on rotation (7 on/7 off). I have a quiet 16 year old son, grade 11 who is away the same weeks as I am and most weekends. I am quiet, non drinking and non smoking, easy to get along with. I am tidy and appreciate the same from others. I have a pretty good sense of humour. I am ex military, used to sharing my space and adaptable to most personality types. I have only had male students live here, we don’t seem to get in each other’s way or have any misunderstandings. I am open to females as long as they aren’t like crazy or messy.
