And to any U of Winnipeg students, a short walk to catch the D11 on Salter where you will get dropped off at Portage & Sherbrook Any truckers out there are welcome. There are 3 beautiful cats here, so if you are afraid/allergic or do not like cats, please do not apply The room is on the first floor and it is huge. $450 per month. Are you in need of even more space? Well the tv room right next to the front room can be added and total rent will be $600 per month. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, along with room for storage and yes there’s wifi. There is a big porch in the front to sit on and a small garden. Close to Shoppers, Dollarama and Boogies. No alcoholics please, no parties or traffic. High priority will be given to students, or to the employed. And to those collecting provincial disability, maybe we’ll have a chat about that. Proof of your disability might be needed from your worker.
