We have a beautiful room available in our 7th floor apartment on East Hastings. It’s a south facing view with an absolutely gorgeous view of East Van! The apartment includes access to a gym, a pool table, and a beautiful rooftop garden with a BBQ, fire pit, and fantastic view of the mountains. Other amenities include bike storage, a free book exchange, and a storage room available for an extra $100. We also have laundry machines in our unit (free and recently replaced by our fantastic landlord who is probably the only good landlord in Vancouver). We are strictly limited to only one additional pet allowed. We’re located in a pretty safe area of East Hastings, near Strathcona Brewing and have a No Frills within walking distance.

Altogether, there will be three roommates living here: Sofiia, myself, and you! The apartment is also home to my senior dog, Sasha. Sofiia and I are both pretty quiet roommates who enjoy cooking household meals, binge watching Gilmore Girls together, and drinking insane amounts of tea. We value respect, communication, and cleanliness. We prefer to keep most food and household items semi-communal, but there’s no pressure if don’t vibe with that. Sofiia is 21 and moved here from Ukraine. She’s sweet, sassy, and a super respectful roommate. She works as a florist and enjoys reading and sewing. I’m 32, and work as a sous-chef. In my spare time I enjoy embroidery, painting, and playing videogames. My dog, Sasha is 13 and sleeps most of the day. She’s super social and loves squeaky toys, and being around people.
