I have a large 1 bedroom plus den second floor, corner unit apartment with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. I am looking for someone to share the space and help to contribute to rent which is very high. The space can easily be configured for the right person since I use my bedroom the majority of the time. There is in unit laundry available as well. I do have two dogs so the right person needs to be dog friendly - female german shepherd and male lab shepherd mix. The monthly fee does include all utilities and internet, there is no parking unless you find a spot to park at a nearby lot as my unit is only assigned one spot. The building is non smoking (includes vaping)

I am a quiet person who will value your privacy as much as I would expect that you do mine. I will not tolerate any animal abuse towards my dogs and cleanliness is important. I do not need spotless but clean, neat and tidy. I work full time during the day with some part time evening shifts. On occasion I am gone overnight or for a weekend and I do have a dog sitter that comes in on an as needed basis. Someone who is open to helping take the dogs out and feed them would be ideal. I am seeking someone who is trustworthy and kind. We all need a little help and I would love to find someone who is in need of some support as much as I am.
