The house operates on a very simple, low-maintenance routine to keep everything running smoothly without anyone needing to be micromanaged. The two upstairs roommates share their own bathroom and keep it clean, while the downstairs roommates do the same for theirs. To keep the common areas fresh, the upstairs roommates just take turns vacuuming the main floors once a month. Everyone here instinctively cleans up after themselves in the shared spaces, which makes this a very quiet, predictable, and comfortable home to focus on work or study.
