Hi! I’m looking for a roommate!! It would be for long term. Lease renews August 1st and rent would go up so it would be up to you to continue renting past that! Located within walking distance of Sheridan College, Rabba convenience store, and the Oakville mall. There is also a bus stop at the closest intersection to the building! Oakville Go and the Walmart are only a short bus ride from the apartment. The apartment is roughly 730sq ft in size. It’s on the second floor, and it comes with an in-suite washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave and a private balcony. I also keep an air fryer and a coffee/espresso machine in the kitchen. Trash and recycling chutes are right down the hallway, and other building amenities provided are a gym, a yoga/spin bike room, a social/party room (with kitchenette and vending machines) and an outdoor common space with barbecues and seating. The lobby is spacious with lots of tables and seating, both this area and the social area are used by many people for studying or remote work on computers. There is a safe package deposit system in the lobby for any deliveries/packages as well. As for the bedroom, it has a double bed, a very sizeable closet, a desk, and dresser(located in the closet to maximize bedroom space). There are extra sheets for the bed in the laundry room, as well as extra throw blankets and bed sized blankets. You would have storage in the bathroom and the kitchen, plus some space in the laundry room and front closet. If you need a parking space it does cost extra per month on top of rent payments, but if you’re a student I think there is paid parking per semester on campus! I keep a log for all the bills and rent payments so they are split evenly and so we both have access to all the total costs of each payment. Rent is due on the first of each month electronically so I pay it a few days in advance.

As for myself, I am 27, female, out of school and employed basically full time. I have no pets, I don’t smoke, (both of which would be completely fine, smoking out on the balcony only though), and my hobbies include painting and crafts, baking (bread and baked goods), and reading. I don’t bring many guests over but guests are more than welcome!
