I have a master bedroom with attached bathroom that you will have to yourself. You will have full access to the kitchen and living room, a balcony, and to the cat(s?).

The apartment is located in the Lakeview area and is close to the college. Direct access to city bus routes and many stores within walking distance. The apartment building has shared on-site laundry. The total cost of rent for the entire apartment and utilities included is around $2000. I am asking for 700 as you will have the largest room, and private bathroom.

IMPORTANT!!! We currently are missing lots of furniture, as the previous roomate took his furniture with him. We do not have a couch in the living room, or a dining table, or much of anything in the main living area.

There are two of us living here, I am Brennen, I am 22, I work at a youth treatment center here in Lethbridge, I have lots of days off so I am home often, but i stick to my own room most of the time.

The other roomate is a trans woman named Amia, she is 25. she spends 95% of her time in her room. She is quite reserved but you sometimes hear her playing video games. volume levels are very flexible if needed.

We are both very friendly and respectful, being an inconvenience is the worst feeling ever! We are clean, dishes get done daily, and keep up with general tidiness.

We have a cat named Mara, there are plans to get a 2nd kitten so she isnt alone. The ideal roomate for us, is aged 18 to late 20s, is comfortable around cats, will clean up after themselves, is respectful of both the apartment and the others, is an LGBTQ+ member or ally, is okay with smoking outside on the balcony, and has at least some sort of proof that they can pay their portion each and every month on time. If the right roomate is found, the move in date can be moved to much sooner.
