Seeking a female (or LGBTQ+) student or young working professional to sublet a cozy room in a community-oriented house. We are a mixed-gender household in a quiet neighborhood close to UW campus! You’ll have four housemates, and you’ll share a bathroom with one female.
Location: 10 minute walk to Uptown and the ion, 20 minute walk to UW campus, through Waterloo Park. The house has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and we like to spend intentional time together. We each cook dinner for the house one night per week, so you’d be invited (but not required) to participate in this routine. We are also a queer-friendly household.
The room is available January 1st, or earlier! We require a commitment to sublet until August 2027, with the option of signing onto the lease going forward.
About the roomies
We are all either students (biology and film studies) or young working professionals (landscape architecture and recreational therapy). We are all in our mid-twenties.
