Looking for the right fit:

Ideally, someone who is quiet, respectful, independent, clean, and takes pride in maintaining a comfortable living environment. Pets are welcome and will be considered depending on compatibility with the existing household.

I’m open to discussing rental terms and pricing depending on the individual and overall suitability.

Feel free to reach out, ask questions, or arrange a time to come by and see the property. You might find this is exactly the kind of place you’re looking for!

The home is currently shared by two quiet, respectful adult males. I am the homeowner and live on the property. I also have two very well-behaved, friendly, and trained dogs who are part of the household. We’re looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful, clean, and comfortable home environment.
