A comfortable, furnished basement bedroom in a welcoming, owner-occupied home in Sarnia. The room includes a twin bed, microwave and Wi-Fi. Rent is $1,000 per month, including utilities and Wi-Fi, with free on-site parking.

The tenant has access to a furnished basement living and dining area and a full bathroom. These are shared spaces and may occasionally be used by the household. The main floor is generally private to the household.

Kitchen access is not routinely included but may be discussed in advance, provided food choices and preparation are compatible with the household’s dietary practices. Pork cannot be prepared in the home. Laundry may also be arranged in advance with permission.

As this is a shared family home, everyday household sounds and conversations may occasionally be heard. There may also be some interaction with the owners as everyone goes about their daily routines.

Due to the household’s religious practices, pets cannot be accommodated.

The property is conveniently located in Sarnia, close to shopping, services, parks and other local amenities. Minimum three-month stay.
