The apartment is located in a great neighborhood, just a 4-minute walk from Lionel-Groulx metro station and 3 minutes from Super C. Restaurants, pharmacies, Dollarama, and the popular Atwater Market are all nearby, making everyday life super convenient.

• Two private rooms for just $700/month! You can use one as your bedroom and the other as a personal space, such as a makeup room, TV room, home office, or whatever suits your lifestyle. Our current roommate used one room as her bedroom and the other as a makeup and TV room.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two friendly and easygoing women in their 20s:

• Kate, originally from South Korea, is currently living in Canada on a work permit. She’s polite, tidy, and kind.
• Astrid, originally from Mexico, I am currently studying and working. I am outgoing and enjoy having a good chat. In my free time, I love going dancing, discovering cute cafés and exploring new spots to catch beautiful sunsets.

We’re looking for someone who is respectful, considerate, and enjoys living in a clean and peaceful environment. Ideally, someone who:

• Helps keep the common areas clean and tidy.
• Doesn’t smoke inside the apartment.
• Respects everyone’s personal space and routines.
• Enjoys occasionally spending time together, whether it’s chatting, watching a movie, sharing a meal, or exploring the city.

We’re hoping to find someone who wants more than just a place to stay, but also a friendly and comfortable place to call home! 💛
