  • House is shared with 2 people.

  • fully furnished private room, big space, hardwood flooring, ensuite closet, queen size bed, Working table, side table etc. And a big window to allow good sunlight.

  • Location right in front of a bus stop (canada way & imperial st). Bus will take you to new Westminster/ Brentwood skytrain station. Only 5 min. Walk to the market/shops/restaurants etc. Close to Douglas College/ Edmonds skytrain station and deer lake park

  • rent is 750$ and security deposit is 50% of rent and rent includes the utilities.

Currently we do not have any pets but a Cat is welcome if you have one.
