LEASE LENGTH: The room is available for a 6.5-month lease (December 1 to May 15). We are also open to a lease ending April 30.

PRICE: The reduced price of $595 is genuinely a great deal for this location. It includes:

FURNITURE: The room comes furnished with:

The setup is particularly well suited to an international student whose final exams are typically in early May, but we are also open to working professionals.
