There are plenty of grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, shops, and parks nearby, with everything you need within walking distance, while still being on a quieter residential street.

My name is Ehda. I’m an Iranian woman currently doing my PhD in neuroscience at York University. I’m pretty easygoing, friendly, and introverted. Between university and research, I tend to keep a fairly busy schedule, so I really appreciate having a peaceful and comfortable place to come home to. 😌

I like keeping my home clean and organized without being overly particular about everything. I’m approachable and easy to communicate with. I truly value mutual respect, privacy, and personal space. Having friends over occasionally is totally fine, as long as we communicate and respect each other’s boundaries.

I also have two lovely cats, Mellow and Leo 🐱🐱. They’re part of my everyday life and you’ll see them around the apartment.

I’m hoping to find a roommate who’s mature, considerate, responsible, comfortable with cats, and easy to get along with. Ideally, someone interested in making this a pleasant, stable, and welcoming home rather than just a place to sleep. 😊
