Rue Saint-Georges

Sainte-Anne-De-Bellevue, QC H9X 1J3

Private room in an apartment at 14A Rue St-Georges in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, just a five-minute walk from John Abbott College. The room has hardwood floors, a closet, and space for a desk, bookshelves, and any other furniture you wish. The landlord allows you to hang decorations on the walls, so you can personalize the space and make it feel like home. The oven and fridge are included. The washer and dryer are not included in the apartment however there is a laundromat about a 5 minute walk down the street.

The apartment is just a five-minute walk from John Abbott College, making it convenient for students who want to walk to class or come home during breaks. It also offers easy access to Highways 20 and 40 and is close to Rue Sainte-Anne’s cafés, restaurants, and local shops, including Uniprix pharmacy. The nearby waterfront is another great spot for a walk or a study break.

I’m leaving for university at the end of 2026 and will no longer need to live near John Abbott, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room. You’ll be sharing the apartment with two other girls: a second-year biopharma student and a third-year police technology student. Both are kind, friendly, and considerate. They don’t smoke, keep noise levels low, and are mindful of keeping shared spaces clean.
