Hello! I am looking for someone to replace me in my 5 1/2 by December 1st (the date is flexible I’m willing to move earlier or later) You must be a a student to live in the building and we are ideally looking for a queer person

☆Location -Right in front of Parc La Fontaine

-10 minute walk to Ave Mount Royal with everything you could want (grocery store, restaurants, cafés, gyms, shops, etc.). There’s also a Metro grocery store that’s a 4 minute walk from the apartment

-20 minute walk to both Papineau and Sherbrooke metro stations, also near the 45 Papineau and 24 Sherbrooke bus stops that are frequent during busy hours

-12 and 19 minute bike rides to the McGill and Concordia main campuses respectively

☆Apartment: -Internet and Hyrdo included in rent

-Kitchen appliances such as fridge, oven, microwave and toaster oven all included

-Bedroom unfurnished, but we can discuss if you are interested in acquiring some of my furniture

-Bedroom fairly spacious with closet in wall, the rest of the apartment is pretty spacious too

-We have a cleaning schedule where each person cleans one of the three common spaces each week

☆Building: -Laundry room in building, $2.50 for washing and $2.50 for drying

-Large bike garage in basement

-Common room with small sink area and tables perfect for studying

-Outdoor area with picnic tables

Lauren (she/her): I am a 22 year old mechanical engineering student at Concordia. I enjoy cycling and skating as well as many artsy hobbies. I am fluent in English and learning French. I like to socialize with roommates but also enjoy a calm vibe to the apartment.

roommate 2 (they/them), 25, is from india. Works in a cafe part time and does pottery otherwise. Likes to socialise with roommates but also likes their own space sometimes.

Both my roommate are clean, quiet, and respectful. It has been a pleasure to live with them, I am only moving out as I wish to live with my partner :)
