Located in a safe, vibrant & friendly neighbourhood, this home has been open to student referrals for decades. We have 2 bedrooms that we rent to students. The washroom and kitchen are shared between 3 people, including myself. I am an ongoing student who works from home. The other tenant who is sharing the space is a university student, working on his masters. The first floor is occupied by my family with their own separate washroom and kitchen. The students who stay here have a great deal of quiet and privacy.
