Welcome to our Cambie house! ☀️

We’re looking for ONE new housemate to join our friendly, social, and respectful household. Sorry, no couples.

We’re hoping to find someone who is looking for more than just a room — someone who wants to feel comfortable and at home in a shared house, while also having their own private space.

🛏️ The Room

The room is a private, partially furnished bedroom in the basement of the house, with large, south-facing windows that make the room bright and welcoming.

🏡 The House

The house is spacious and currently shared with four other housemates. There’s plenty of room to spread out, with:

A large living room and dining area 2 full bathrooms A multipurpose room Front and back yards Laundry available on site Central heating Wi-Fi available as part of the utilities Plenty of street parking

🌱 Love gardening? You’re welcome to use the garden and plant your own flowers, herbs, vegetables, or anything else you’d like. We’re lucky to have landlords who are happy for us to enjoy and make use of the outdoor space.

The household is friendly, social and respectful. We enjoy having a nice balance between spending time together and respecting everyone’s privacy and schedules.

We’re a non-smoking, non-vaping, no-party and no-pets household.

We’re located around Cambie & 38th, in a quiet residential neighbourhood with lots of amenities nearby.

🚆 About a 5-minute walk to Oakridge–41st Canada Line Station

🌳 Less than a 1-minute walk to Queen Elizabeth Park

🏙️ About 20 minutes to downtown by SkyTrain

✈️ About 25 minutes to YVR Airport

🛍️ Close to Oakridge, shops, restaurants, cafés and grocery stores

🚗 Plenty of street parking in the area

It’s a great location if you want the convenience of being close to everything while still living in a peaceful residential neighbourhood.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Respectful and considerate of others Clean and tidy Quiet and mindful of the shared space Responsible and willing to contribute to household cleaning Someone who will take good care of the home Interested in staying long term (ideally 6+ months)
