Je couvre environ le 2/3 des depenses de base (loyer, électricité, internet, assurance responsabilité) vu que je loue 2 chambres sur 3, et le 1/3 restant est équivalent a 820$. Date d’arrivée et départ quand même flexible.

La chambre n’est pas meublée (possible d’acheter des meubles à ma colcoataire actuelle, à voir avec elle) mais le reste du logement l’est.

Je cherche quelqu’un de tranquille, respectueux et qui va être coopératif pour l’entretien de l’endroit avec moi. Le loyer est à payer le dernier jour de chaque mois pour le mois suivant, non négociable.

Le logement est sur 2 étages, les chambres et salle de bain complète au sous-sol, cuisine, salon et salle d’eau au rez-de-chaussée.

Pas de stationnement disponible mais facile dans la rue, sauf lors des déneigement en hiver.

Il y a un climatiseur mural au rez-de-chaussée, et un échangeur d’air.

Medium-Sized Bedroom (9 x 10 ft) for Rent in a Spacious 5½ Apartment – Shared with me, Cynthia woman of 40 years old.

I’m looking for someone to rent the third bedroom of the apartment that will be shared between us two as my current roomate wants to go back home to her country. Ideally for November or December but Move-in and move-out dates are somewhat flexible.

I’m myself covering about 2/3 of the basic expenses (rent, electricity, internet high-speed, liability insurance) since I’m renting 2 out of the 3 bedrooms, so there would be one bedroom left, for 1/3 of the expenses at 820$.

The bedroom is unfurnished (though might be possible to buy some furnitures from my current roomate, to discuss with her), but the rest of the apartment is furnished. I’m looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, and willing to cooperate with me in keeping the apartment clean and tidy.

Rent is due on the last day of each month for the 1st of the following month. This is non-negotiable.

The apartment is spread over two floors:

Basement: Bedrooms and full bathroom Main floor: Kitchen, living room, and half bathroom There is no dedicated parking space, but street parking is readily available, except during winter snow removal operations. The apartment also has a wall-mounted air conditioner on the main floor and a heat recovery ventilator (HRV).

I’m a woman of 40 years old that work from home full time in the financial field (offering customer service to people that have a DB pension with their employer), I like to jest, and make people laugh with silly stuff, and I thrive on laughter myself. I’m also an introvert and likes my space where I’ll read, watch movies or series, play boardgames, play a bit of badminton with friends. I used to be more physically active but my health has been giving me a hard time for some years now so it has forced me to slow down.
