Room in a 3-bedroom apartment on Lebreton St N in West Centretown, in a 6-unit building owned and managed by the landlord and his wife, so questions and repairs get handled quickly. Two bedrooms are lived in, and the third is used for storage and stays that way. The room comes furnished with a loft-style walk-in closet.

Rent (for the room) is $1,200/month. Utilities and wifi come to about $90/month, split between us and billed through the landlord. Parking can be arranged at $80/month. Move-in is Feb 1, with lease details arranged with the landlord. 9-minute walk to Pimisi LRT, close to Little Italy for cafés and restaurants, and Chinatown for festivals and groceries. Walking distance to the downtown core.

I’m a 24-yr old male, a software developer and Carleton grad, working a hybrid schedule. My current roommate is a college friend moving out at the end of January, and we’ve had a great setup. I’m looking for someone friendly, easygoing, and respectful of personal space, ideally a working professional or grad student. I’m happy to hang out or cook together sometimes, but also fine with everyone doing their own thing.

I like going to the gym, playing music on the vinyl, and occasional gaming.

I’ll start with a quick video call or coffee, and we’ll sign a short roommate agreement covering rent, guests, and cleaning so everything is clear from the start.
