Hello, my partner(m) and I(f) both in our 30’s, are looking to sublease our spare room. We are in a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor of a house.

The room is $1300 monthly including hydro and internet (with coin laundry available), first and last is required. If you come partway through the month first month can be adjusted however, last month’s rent and the monthly rent going will still be $1300.

Available November 1st (2026) to September 30th (2027). Located midtown in St. Clair/Dufferin area, the apartment is within walking distance of 2 grocery stores, a bakery, restaurants, bus and streetcar stops, line 1 is a short bus ride away. Apartment is shared with 2 working adults. There is no smoking or vaping in the apartment.

An old roommate left behind furniture, if you would like to use any of the furniture that is fine, if you are bringing your own furniture then we can get rid of it no problem.

We are a couple. 1 man 1 woman. Both working and I am in school part time. Mostly quiet but enjoying hanging out from time to time. We both enjoyed video game and TTRPG. We have an older cat that can be chatty and is very friendly.
