Great 2-bedroom suite in wonderful heritage home, fully furnished, located between downtown Nanaimo and Vancouver Island University. Own private suite with separate entrance. Share full bathroom, kitchenette, living and eating areas with only one other student. Furniture and cooking/eating ware supplied - all you need to bring is your bedding and towels!
On bus route, walking distance to both VIU and downtown. University mall less than 3 blocks. Rent includes high speed internet, utilities (including a heat pump with air filtration and A/C), garbage, compost and recycling disposal. Free use of laundry machines adjacent to the suite. Note: Updated pics to come as some addition to kitchen, etc.

Great and easy-going landlords live upstairs with twenty something daughter and friend. We also have a cat and dog, both friendly except the cat sometimes will run away from you, lol. No more pets please. Great place for students, fairly quiet, nondrama, happy environment. No smoking, partying, or hard drugs allowed. Must be clean, tidy and respectful.
