Great location (Richards & Nelson), beautiful apartment and sound flatmates. The suite comes with washer/dryer, full kitchen, pantry and dishwasher, along with a fully furnished apartment. The room comes with access to a gym, yoga studio, steam room, sauna and a large entertainment lounge with pool table, cable TV service, fridge, etc.,

The room is a converted den furnished with a queen size bed and a large chest of drawers. Wardrobe/closet and extra storage space also included.

The price is $937/month. The room is suited for an individual who is outgoing, social, and working Monday to Friday during the day. The room is not big enough for a couple.

Living with 2 Irish guys. Laid back apartment of professionals that like to watch a good Netflix series / movie in the evenings, chill out listen to music, gym, and gaming. On the weekends we often hike, ski, go to concerts and head out for drinks.
