About the room

Single room for rent in the Dow’s lake area. Three bedroom house with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, living room, and spacious front porch. Great spot for public transportation, as it is less than a 3 minute walk from the trillium line and little Italy, as well as many bus stops. Tons of great shops abd restaurants nearby, including but not limited to: Di Rienzos, the Sherwood Deli, Pub Italia, Del Piacetti, and more! Great area with lots of green spaces (Dow’s lake and the arboretum) within a very short walk. Feel free to message for more details!

About the roomies

We are 2 male tenants (24 and 28) looking for a third roommate any time after November 1st. We are young professionals that will be friendly and easy to chat with, but will also respect your privacy at all times. A great fit would be someone who wants to sit on the couch and watch a Sens game every once in a while - but if you prefer to keep to yourself, that’s cool too!
