my apartment is located in a really nice neighborhood with a doctor and pharmacy right downstairs, the Rosedale Plaza superclose with a metro, pet store, bar, restaurants, etc. My building is very pet friendly so lots of cute dogs and generally really nice people. I have two bunnies who will definitely entertain you! Also a big TV, an AC unit, and two couches.

I’m a 29 year old nerdy animal-obsessed female writer, youtuber and beginner artist in a wheelchair (very independent) currently on medical leave from my call center job due to a wrist injury and on disability aid. I am looking to turn my one bedroom apartment into a two single beds shared living situation and build a strong friendship with an awesome roommate. My rent is extra cheap, so only $502/month.

This is a temporary situation until I eventually have my girlfriend move in, but I want to have a nice time and help each other as friends and roommates for 4 months at a time!
