Major intersection: Britannia and Winston Churchill - located in a convenient location with easy access to public transportation and highways 403 and 401. Various supermarkets (Longo’s, Real Canadian Superstore, Nations) are within a 5 minute drive, as is Erin Mills Town Centre. Streetsville GO station is less than a 10 minute drive away, as is Erin Mills station, both providing easy transportation by train and bus to downtown Toronto.

This is a single room in the basement, with it’s own private bathroom. Some spaces are shared: kitchen, living and dining spaces are upstairs, while the laundry room is downstairs. There is a parking space available, and access to the basement is available through the garage.

Room can be furnished if required, but can be empty if you prefer to use your own furniture.

There is a family of three living upstairs, but they are very quiet and don’t frequent the basement. They are usually out of the house for school/work during the day so it is quiet enough for you to work from home.
