2 bedrooms available in a 3 br 1.5 bath house. 6 garden beds, fenced back yard, in unit laundry. Lovely living room with the only down side being a smaller kitchen. Lots of storage between closets and garage. Street parking, or we could make the drive way work but i drive + do shift work. Its in a beautiful place, by lots of schools, parks and the river is only a 5 minute walk away.

wifi ~75 monthly split between us Hydro varies but averages at 200 for 2 months then split between us (but this depends on our usage and yours maybe way less than current roommates)

I am personally canna friendly, but theres no smoking on the property

One year lease

Its just going to be me come dec! Moved in with two others are they are both going into elsewhere when the lease comes up. Im a working 25 year old, i work as a HCA for VIHA. I wish to eventually go back to school for my RN degree.

I game, read and draw, i like to keep to my self in my room 90% of the time but would love people i could talk to and hang with once in awhile. I love board games and watching shows alot. I work nights so children or a loud dog aren’t the best fit as i need a semi quiet day time.

I have a 14 year old cat named rosie who doesnt like to be pet but does love to sit beside you when im not around.

I dont have any furniture outside my room aside from one TV in the living room. Basically unfurnished
