About the room

Shared townhouse between 5 ladies. This room is upstairs where the bathroom is shared between the 3 girls upstairs. Upstairs has storage and a fridge for food but the main kitchen is downstairs and is shared between all roommates.

Internet is not included in the price it is an extra 14.78. There is coin laundry in the basement of the house. And hydro is not included either.

This house is 1 minute away from Spadina station line 1, and 8 minutes from Spadina station line 2. There is grocery and restaurants 8 minutes away towards Bloor St W.

The room itself is extremely spacious and has a window. The room will not be furnished. The furniture seen in the photo is mine.

About the roomies

Everyone is kind and clean. We help each other out and clean after ourselves. We stay mindful of noise during quiet hours. Visitors and overnight guests are allowed and no problem. There is a cat in the home, he is very skiddish and stays on the first floor (you will barely see him).
