About the room

Looking for someone to move into my apartment in the north for December 1st

My current roommate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to move into his room. The bed and most of the furniture in the living room is going with him so you’ll need a bed.

The full rent is $1100 which we split evenly We split wifi and power bill as well. Wifi is $65 per month and power ranges from $60-$80 per month.

Hoping to find someone with similar interests who is easy going but also reliable. Message me and you can come and check out the place.
