About the room

We’re looking for a 3rd housemate to join our townhouse in just up from Lower Lonsdale. I’ll be hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 wfh) and Hanna is currently full-time wfh. The new unit is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths + an upstairs space we would use as an office if you also wfh, starting Dec 1.

About the roomies

Two gals in our late 20’s, working full time. Outside of work, we’re most often found outside mountain biking, running, hiking, reading, playing board games, thrifting, or soon to be skiing! We love to have a few friends over for dinner, but are early risers so it’s never too late. The house has a crawlspace and tons of storage. It’s three floors and the bedrooms are all on the middle floor. One master + ensuite and the other two bedrooms share a full bath.
