I’m looking for a roommate for a beautiful Mile End 7½ apartment. Ideally, someone clean and considerate. The apartment is queer-friendly and pet-welcoming.

➡️ THE ROOM Currently furnished with a twin bed, dresser, etc., but we can clear it out if you have your own. Includes a private balcony overlooking Rue Waverly.

(I’m currently looking to fill two rooms, however, I’m also open to sharing the apartment with just one person who would have both rooms to themselves. Happy to discuss arrangements.)

➡️ THE APARTMENT Tall ceilings, hardwood floors, bright and sunny top floor. Dishwasher, ceiling fans throughout, two AC units, a big bathtub/shower, a classic bidet, and a new washing machine (dryer hookups available). One balcony off this bedroom, another off the living room, and full rooftop access.

➡️ I work as a photographer and have a few other projects on the go, both from home and on location. I’m queer-friendly and pet-curious (actually, I have a dog now — the calm and gentle Viola). Sometimes I keep to myself, other times I’m into meandering conversations. Love music of many kinds and can go either way, listening privately with headphones or filling the house (quite flexible on this). Love movies. Love coffee. I enjoy having people over for dinners and conversations, but it’s not really a party house. My work means at times I’ll be barely home and then there will be spans where I work quite a lot from home. There are many areas, nooks and spaces in the apartment, so we can be as introvert or extravert as needed. And of course, that rooftop!
