Currently two decent overseas female roomies in 30’s, one with HR Admn. background, and the other a student with prior Architect education, live in two separate rooms.

They are busy, have their own activities, and are non-intrusive. Yet they are friendly, and open to chat/coffee when mutually convenient. The roomies here live almost like friendly office colleagues, respecting one another’s schedules and privacy.
