This is a newly renovated home with a luxurious kitchen and double vanity washroom. The living room is furnished with TV included, and the house comes with Internet which you can split with us if you’d like to use our Internet. The house has a bus stop located right infront of it, a beautiful park with trails down the street, and also a plaza down the street with a convenience store plus restaurants like burritos and Chinese food. This is a wonderful neighbourhood with super friendly neighbors, and we include regular professional cleaning services plus lawn care to maintain the home in great condition.

There are 3 individuals living in this house sharing the kitchen, all super friendly, tidy, always ready to help each other out when needed, and we also all mind our own business while staying busy working/attending school. We hope to find a positive individual who will be nice to everyone in the house, respect the space, and treat the house like a home by keeping clean/tidy since we have professional cleaners who come by to help maintain a clean home. Everyone tries to keep quiet at all times to respect each other’s privacy, and we follow a laundry schedule to give each person a dedicated day for laundry without disruptions. This is a no pets and no smoking house, so we hope these rules stay respected.
