Hey, I'm Dave, I'm a recent BCom graduate from the University of Alberta. I work in sales and DJ occasionally. I am friendly, outgoing and flexible. I prefer to keep things clean and tidy. I don't...
I’m looking for a roommate for a large unfurnished primary bedroom in my 2-bedroom apartment in the Beltline. You’ll be sharing the unit with me.
Your room is very spacious and has a large mirrored closet with plenty of hanging and storage space. You would need to bring your own bed, mattress and furniture.
$800/month + $800 security deposit + 1-year lease.
Move-in ASAP, ideally early to mid-November, latest Dec. 1. The earlier you can move in, the better.
Heat and water are included. Electricity and internet are split between us. Parking may also be available for an additional fee.
The apartment has a huge shared living room, balcony with a downtown skyline view, and a full kitchen with:
• Fridge + freezer • Dishwasher • Microwave • Stove + oven
There is one shared bathroom, no ensuite, plus on-site shared building laundry via Wash Connect.
The location is one of the biggest perks. Save-On-Foods, Dollarama, Canadian Tire, 17th Ave, restaurants, bars and nightlife are all very close. Downtown, 10th Ave and nearby parks are also easily walkable. Nearest C-Train station (both blue and red lines) is a 15 min walk away.
I’m a recent University of Alberta graduate with a background in sales/business development. I’m also a DJ / Content Creator involved in the music/nightlife scene. I’m social and outgoing, but pretty relaxed at home.
I’m open to roommates of any gender. Students, recent grads and working professionals are all welcome. Ideally looking for someone clean, reliable, financially responsible, social/easygoing and easy to live with.
The roommate would need to be approved and added to the lease by the landlord.
If interested, send me a little about yourself, what you do for work/school and when you’d ideally like to move in.
