About the room

Shared house amongst 3 guys in their 20s, looking for their 4th to keep the bills down. Common rooms are living and dining rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Basement (storage room available) and front porch/backyard. Their are two working men, and one on odsp looking for part time work. So anyone with just partying all the time in mind need not apply. We do our best to respect each others sleep schedules. Laundry on site, backyard, and on street permit parking. Utilities split evenly amongst everyone. 1 min walk from King and Caroline street bus stop, 2 minute walk to Jackson Square.

About the roomies

Everyone is in their 20s, so somewhat within that age range is preferred. Two of the guys work full time afternoons/evenings. Alcohol and 420 is ok - to a degree. Hard drugs will not be tolerated. This is a non smoking house - so front porch or backyard for that. Two cats live here as well. Landlords are reliable, long term owners.
