About the room

Hi everyone ☺️ I have a beautiful, fully renovated 3-storey home available for rent in Fabreville, Laval! It features 4 bedrooms + 1 additional room (without a window), a finished basement, outdoor pool, private driveway and garage. Ideal for 4–5 people looking to rent a home together.

Located just a 5-minute walk from the Rivière des Mille Îles, approximately 15 minutes from Carrefour Laval, and close to universities, highways 13 and 440, and the Sainte-Dorothée REM.

$3,500/month for the entire house. Depending on room sizes, individual rent would range from approximately $700–$1,050, OR even less with a fifth person.

I’m open to existing groups or helping match individuals based on age and gender preferences. Good credit score required ☺️

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
