You will be getting your own room in a townhouse on Varsity Drive! The room is spacious (145 square feet), with lots of natural light, a huge clothing rack, and balcony space! Furniture will not be included.

The house also has plenty of natural lighting, and another balcony on the second floor. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a dishwasher, a stove, and two ovens. Big fridge too. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room will be shared spaces. The living room isn’t furnished, so there is room to make it our own!

The property is located in McLaurin Village on Varsity Drive. The neighbourhood is very peaceful, and in a great location if you are a UofC student. The unit is barely a 7 minute walk to Brentwood Station, and a 20 minute walk to Walmart. It takes me 15-20 minutes to reach campus.

I’m in my 4th year of Actuarial Science at the University of Calgary! I’ve been living here for about 3 months, and since my roommate is moving to Ontario, I’m looking for someone else to share the house with.

A little about me: I LOVE puzzles, LEGO, and games (especially card games, chess, and Monopoly).

My roommate and I have always enjoyed spending time in the common areas, whether that’s watching movies, playing games, chatting, or just hanging out in silence. I’d love to find someone who’s chill, easygoing, and happy to share the space while keeping it clean and comfortable for both of us.

I’m also totally happy with people coming over! Since we’ll be sharing the common areas, I’m hoping to find someone I get along with and can hopefully become friends with!!
