Building amenities include a fitness centre. Professionally managed by Boardwalk, with responsive maintenance services. In my experience, most maintenance requests have been handled within a day or two. Rent is $1,175/month, with additional utilities and internet shared between roommates. He’s very quiet, friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with. He doesn’t smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs, and rarely has friends over. He generally keeps to himself and respects personal space, making this a peaceful and comfortable place to live. You’ll each have your own bedroom and bathroom, with only the kitchen, living room, balcony, and laundry shared. I’m moving out due to a change in my personal living arrangements, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room.
