About the room

The room Is in the best área. 17 ave is full of restaurantes, goodlife fitness across the st, very nice room and because it has a private bathroom is super convenient, the other 2 roomates they are very low key. I see them like 5 times a month haha. They’re is also an underground parking for 200 dls a month in case you need one. Let me know if you have any questions. My contractor ends at the end of February and after that you can renew minimum 2 months at the time.

About the roomies

Like I said, they are very low key and I don’t see them much. I think they are in the mid 20s they don’t bring people in or party. The room has a tv I can leave my fan and even my ac it has a bed and a walking closet, there is a washer and dryer in the apartment.
