The room is very bright and quite spacious; furthermore, it is located on the opposite side from the kitchen, making it very quiet. The apartment is perfectly situated, close to HEC, UdeM, and both the blue and orange metro lines. Mount Royal is easily accessible by bus, and there is a park right behind the apartment. Grocery shopping is also convenient, with a Métro and a Maxi supermarket nearby, accessible either on foot or by bus.
