Large south facing room in a quiet and peaceful highrise. Prime location, near: Humber College; lake; parks; TTC; GO; shopping; etc. The room has a queen sized bed, desk and office chair. Bring your own beddings and a mattress protector.

The place is not fancy, but it’s clean, spacious, comfortable, safe, quiet and bright. We are very relaxed, no-drama, respectful and easy-going here. Google map: 3621 Lakeshore Boulevard West, Etobicoke. Share one bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Rent includes utilities, wifi, bicycle room and general cleaning supplies.

This is a month-to-month rental with a month’s notice either way to terminate rental. Preference is for long-term stays.
