I am looking for someone to share my townhouse in Auburn Bay SE Calgary with. I am a working professional with two cats so you must be a cat person and be mindful of not letting them out of you go outside.

The bathroom is yours to use but it’s in the open and not private. However, I do not use it, so it would be yours to decorate and use how you would like.

I am close to the hospital and there is room for one more vehicle in the garage, as long as it is a sedan or small SUV. A truck will not fit unfortunately.

I am quiet, and I like to keep my home relatively clean, so as long as our shared spaces of kitchen, living room and laundry room are kept tidy, that’s perfect :)

It’s just me and the cats for now but I am open to a single person moving in or if a couple wants to share a room, the rent would go up slightly due to increased utilities, but not too much.

I am 420 friendly and don’t mind if you like to unwind with a glass of whatever after work, but I’m out of the party phase as I’m a early 40s working professional and need to be on my A game for work.
