About the room
This is bringing flashbacks of when I was searching for a place for my first move to Toronto. Spent hours scanning and comparing different options. I had two weeks to find somewhere and got very lucky with no regrets. If you’re a newcomer, you might find cheaper options but sacrifice mental health and well being. This property really made my stay in Toronto enjoyable and I have no regrets.
Moved into this room in March of 2025 and had a great time exploring the area and the building amenities. Room is great, comes with bed/frame and desk/chair. Kitchen is fully equipped. Amenities include a gym, ping pong table, pool table, tv viewing area, and BBQ’s. Great hosting amenities. You’re really close to Eaton Center and 10min walk from TnT Hmart and Metro. Right across the street you have a No Frills for daily basic needs. For me, I found an awesome indoor golf place called 6ix Iron Golf, Good life is real close and honestly everything was really convenient. Queen station is also 5 minute walk from the door.

About the roomies
You’ll have one roomate. Honestly, the best kind of roomate you could ask for. He’s personable but also private. Goes to office 3x a week and maybe 5x a week starting in 2026 and normally keeps to himself. He has the ensuite bathroom and never has guests over. When he’s home he’s either in his room playing video games or watching sports. I rarely see him come out and if he does its rarely to cook. He cooks very simple meals and does a good job of cleaning up after himself. If you want to make friends with him you can, but hes also okay just being in his room. The room arrangement makes it so you cant hear each other when youre in your rooms. I think the ideal roomate is someone who is not looking to have parties all the time, but he honestly doesnt mind. I’ve been respectful but the room and set up is a perfect place for someone concieous about costs and looking to move somewhere without locking into a long term lease
