Room for rent in a two bedroom one bathroom house in Davisville. Rent is $840 PCM +utilities, and the move in date is December 1st. It’s a rustic house with plenty of storage space and a washer and dryer in the basement. The house is located in a fantastic area, one block away from the Davisville subway station and a five minute walk from the Yonge and Eglington station and LRT Crosstown. Right in the heart of midtown with Grocery Stores, LCBO, Pharmacy, Doctors, Dentists, Gyms and countless Cafes, Restraunts and Pubs within a five minute walking distance. The house is shared with only one other tennant (myself).

38 year old male, originally from England, manager of a cigar store in Forrest Hill. I work full time there and workout 3-5 times a week. I also enjoy photography in my spare time. Big music lover and regularly attend concerts in my spare time too.
