I’m looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful housemate to rent a spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet in the heart of Downtown Vancouver.

✨ A Few Things to Know:

• The apartment is unfurnished, so you can bring your own furniture and make the space your own.
• The kitchen is currently undergoing renovations. The upper shelving/cabinets will be replaced, along with updates to the drawers and handles.
• The building and apartment are strictly pet-free and smoke-free. No pets or smoking are permitted.
• I’m looking for someone who appreciates a clean, peaceful, and comfortable home and is willing to maintain shared spaces respectfully as i will be living in another small room.
• A 1-year lease is required.

💰 Move-In Requirements:
