Furnished room with your own bathroom right next to the bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Wilson Avenue. The room comes with a bed, desk, chair, and built-in wardrobe.

Rent is $1,150/month, all-inclusive, including hydro and Wi-Fi. The apartment has in-unit laundry and a balcony, with a small gym on the ground floor. Unfortunately, no parking is available.

About a 10-minute walk to Wilson Station, with a bus stop right across the street, a coffee shop downstairs, and No Frills nearby at Wilson and Bathurst.

Looking for a clean, non-smoking male roommate who keeps shared spaces tidy. I don’t cook much and would prefer someone with similar cooking habits. You should be comfortable around a dog, but no additional pets, please. Guests are welcome, but no long-term stays unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

Available for a six-month rental from January 1 to June 30, 2027. An extension may be possible depending on my circumstances, but isn’t guaranteed.

I’m an accounting working from home Monday to Friday, 9–5. I mostly keep to myself, but I’m always happy to chat or hang out. Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, pickleball, and going to the gym. I usually walk my dog after work, then head out for the evening, getting home around 11:30 p.m. and going to bed.

My dog is friendly, clean, and mostly relaxes in my room. He’s here during the day, around 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and doesn’t stay overnight.
