It’s a private, fully furnished single room in a 2-bedroom apartment. The bed, desk and everything else you need are already there, so just bring your suitcase. Price: $700 for the whole stay, all included (internet, heating, hot water) Dates: November 26 to January 3 (short-term only, no extension) Address: Rue Sainte-Famille, right by McGill Who it’s good for:

• Visitors who want a Montreal Christmas: holiday markets, New Year’s Eve in the Old Port, snowy walks up Mont-Royal
• McGill or Concordia students who need a place through December exams, or who are arriving early for the winter term and want somewhere to stay while they find a January lease The area:
• About a 10-minute walk to McGill, with easy metro access to Concordia
• Place des Arts metro and the 24 bus on Sherbrooke are close by
• Downtown, the Plateau and the Old Port are all easy to reach
• Metro grocery, Jean Coutu and Uniprix are a 5-minute walk away
