This 1 bedroom with private ensuite in a shared 2 bedroom unit is located close to great restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, parks and transit but far enough away from main streets to be peaceful. The layout is very conducive to a shared space with the 2 bedrooms being on opposite sides of the unit.

The room is furnished with a king bed, a large workspace, a side table and a very functional wardrobe with extra room for some storage. Since the the rest of the unit is furnished as well this is best suited for someone who won’t be bringing their own furniture.

The ensuite has under the sink storage as well as a medicine cabinet to hold all your toiletries.

The unit has a washer/dryer and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking.

Utilities and internet are included in the monthly rent.

The building has a gym that is fairly decent with a steam room.

The room includes a parking spot in the underground parking garage.

You will be sharing the kitchen and living room with myself, the owner of the unit. I am a woman in my 30’s and work full-time. I am fairly active and out and about, but have fairly quiet and early evenings during the week and would appreciate a roomie who values that as well. You would also be sharing the unit with my dog, who is quiet and very friendly but is not hypoallergenic so something to consider for those who may be interested in the unit.
